Als Praktikant*in im Bereich AI Strategy & Business Development arbeitest du eng mit unserem Director Client Solutions zusammen. Du unterstützt sowohl beim Ausbau unseres Beratungsangebots als auch bei zentralen Business-Development-Aktivitäten. Dabei übernimmst du Analysen, Recherchen und die Erstellung von Materialien, die direkt in Kundenprojekte, Angebote und interne Initiativen einfließen. Die Rolle ist praxisnah, analytisch und erfordert ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Sales und Marketing-Kampagnen
  • Analysen, Recherchen und Entwicklung von Materialien zur Unterstützung des Business Developments
  • Proposal-Support
  • Support bei der Durchführung von Kundenprojekten vorzugsweise im Bereich AI Strategy (Recherchen, Analysen, Aufbereitung/ Zusammenfassung von Ergebnissen, Entwicklung von Präsentationsunterlagen und Materialien, Projektmanagement)
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von neuen Offerings (Analysen, Recherchen, Offering-Materialien, Recruiting, operative Umsetzung des Offerings)
  • Aufbau/ Support von internen Operations Themen direkt unter dem Director Client Solutions

Basis Qualifikationen:
  • Eingeschriebener Masterstudent mit Schwerpunkt BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens ein Beratungspraktikum (mind. 4 Monate) bei einer Top-Strategieberatung (MBB, Big4 oder vergleichbar)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PowerPoint und Excel; sicher in der Erstellung von Folien und Analysen auf Strategieberatungsniveau
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1+)
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Proaktive Haltung und Ownership von Aufgaben
  • Hybrid verfügbar (kein Remote-only)
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen:
  • Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools (z. B. Prompting, Automatisierung von Arbeitsabläufen)
  • Pluspunkt: Startup-Erfahrung
  • Pluspunkt: Technischer Hintergrund (Data Science, Softwareentwicklung oder KI)
  • Interesse an Business Development, Strategie und KI

Your mission
As an Intern in AI Strategy & Business Development, you will work closely with our Director of Client Solutions. You will support both the expansion of our consulting portfolio and central business development activities. Your responsibilities include conducting analyses, research, and preparing materials that directly feed into client projects, proposals, and internal initiatives. The role is hands-on, analytical, and requires strong attention to quality.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support in the execution of sales and marketing campaigns
  • Analyses, research, and development of materials to support business development
  • Proposal support
  • Assistance in the execution of client projects (research, analyses, preparation/summary of results, development of presentations and materials, project management)
  • Support in the development of new offerings (analyses, research, offering materials, recruiting, operational implementation of offerings)
  • Building and supporting internal operations topics directly under the Director of Client Solutions

Your profile

Basic Qualifications

  • Enrolled Master’s student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
  • At least one consulting internship (min. 4 months) at a top strategy consultancy (MBB, Big4, or comparable)
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel; proficient in creating slides and analyses at strategy consulting level
  • Excellent German and English skills (C1+)
  • Structured, independent working style with a strong focus on quality
  • Proactive attitude and ownership of tasks
  • Available in a hybrid setup (not remote-only)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., prompting, workflow automation)
  • Plus: Startup experience
  • Plus: Technical background (data science, software development, or AI)
  • Interest in business development, strategy, and AI
