Deine Aufgaben
Als Praktikant:in im Bereich AI Strategy & Business Development arbeitest du eng mit unserem Director of Client Solutions sowie unserer Head of AI Strategy zusammen. In dieser Rolle trägst du sowohl zur Erweiterung unseres Beratungsportfolios als auch zu zentralen Business-Development-Aktivitäten bei. Du bist verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Analysen und Recherchen, die Erstellung hochwertiger Materialien sowie die Unterstützung von Kundenprojekten und internen Initiativen. Die Position ist praxisnah, analytisch und erfordert ein starkes Engagement für exzellente Ergebnisse.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Mitwirken bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Vertriebs- und Marketingkampagnen
  • Analysen und Recherchen durchführen sowie Materialien entwickeln, die Business-Development-Aktivitäten unterstützen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Kundenpräsentationen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten durch Recherchen, Analysen und Ergebniszusammenfassungen sowie die Erstellung von Präsentationen und weiteren Materialien
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Implementierung neuer Angebote, einschließlich Analysen, Recherchen, Erstellung von Angebotsunterlagen, Recruiting-Aktivitäten und operativem Roll-out
  • Mitarbeit an internen Operations-Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Director of Client Solutions
Dein Profil
Grundlegende Qualifikationen:
  • Du bist aktuell in einem Masterstudiengang in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fach eingeschrieben.
  • Du hast bereits mindestens ein Beratungspraktikum (mindestens 4 Monate) bei einer Top-Strategieberatung (MBB, Big4 oder vergleichbar) absolviert.
  • Du beherrschst PowerPoint und Excel sicher und kannst Präsentationen sowie Analysen auf Beratungsniveau erstellen.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (C1 oder höher).
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig mit einem starken Qualitätsfokus.
  • Du zeigst eine proaktive Haltung und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben.
  • Du bist in einem hybriden Setup verfügbar (die Rolle ist nicht vollständig remote).
Präferierte Qualifikationen:
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Tools, z. B. Prompting oder Workflow-Automatisierung.
  • Großes Interesse an Business Development, Strategie und KI.
  • Vorerfahrung in einem Startup ist ein Plus.
  • Technische Kenntnisse in Data Science, Softwareentwicklung oder KI sind ein Plus.

Your mission
As an Intern in AI Strategy & Business Development, you will work closely with our Director of Client Solutions and our Head of AI Strategy. In this role, you will contribute to both the expansion of our consulting portfolio and key business development activities. You will be responsible for conducting analyses and research, preparing high-quality materials, and supporting client projects as well as internal initiatives. The position is hands-on, analytical, and requires a strong commitment to delivering excellent results.

Your Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct analyses and research, and develop materials that support business development activities
  • Assist in preparing proposals and client presentations
  • Support the delivery of client projects by conducting research, analyses, and summaries of results, as well as by preparing presentations and other materials
  • Help design and implement new offerings, including analyses, research, creation of offering materials, recruiting activities, and operational roll-out
  • Contribute to internal operations projects in close collaboration with the Director of Client Solutions
Your profile
Basic Qualifications
  • You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
  • You have completed at least one consulting internship (minimum of 4 months) at a top strategy consultancy (MBB, Big4, or equivalent)
  • You have strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel and are able to create slides and analyses at strategy consulting standards
  • You are fluent in both German and English (C1 or higher)
  • You work in a structured and independent manner, with a strong focus on quality
  • You show a proactive attitude and take ownership of your tasks
  • You are available in a hybrid setup (this role is not remote-only)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using AI tools, such as prompting or workflow automation
  • A strong interest in business development, strategy, and AI
  • Previous startup experience is a plus
  • Technical experience in data science, software development, or AI is a plus
