Dein Ziel: Eine AI-native Organisation, in der Prozesse nicht nur digital, sondern intelligent und selbstlernend ablaufen. Heute arbeiten unsere Business Support Functions noch mit vielen manuellen Schritten – zeitaufwendig, fehleranfällig und schwer skalierbar. Du bist die treibende Kraft, die diese Abläufe zunächst selbst übernimmt, um sie aus erster Hand zu verstehen, und sie dann Schritt für Schritt mit KI und modernen Automatisierungstools neu denkt. So verwandelst du manuelle Routinen in smarte Workflows und machst uns schneller, effizienter und zukunftsfähig.

Aufgaben:
  • Operative Übernahme von Aufgaben zu Beginn, um den operativen Betrieb zu gewährleisten und Pain Points, Varianten und Sonderfälle end-to-end zu verstehen
  • Durchführung einer Ist-Aufnahme und Modellierung der Prozesse in den Business Support Functions (z. B. Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Procurement), Dokumentation der Ist-Prozesse, Erstellung von BPMN-Diagrammen, Definition von Soll-Prozessen und Qualitätskriterien
  • Aufbau und Priorisierung eines Automation-Backlogs nach Business Value, Komplexität, Risiko und Time-to-Value, inklusive Definition messbarer KPIs pro Use Case
  • Umsetzung erster Quick Wins durch No-/Low-Code-Lösungen wie Makros, RPA-Snippets oder LLM-Prompts zur Teilautomatisierung
  • Spezifikation von Anforderungen für Custom-Entwicklungen (Epics, User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien), Umsetzung mit Software Engineering, Steuerung von Tests und Abnahme sowie Erstellung von Dokumentation und Runbooks
  • Recherche, Evaluierung und Auswahl geeigneter Off-the-Shelf-Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von TCO, Security/DSGVO und Skalierbarkeit, Durchführung von Proof-of-Concepts und Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Steuerung eines Parallelbetriebs von manuellen und automatisierten Prozessen bis zur Erreichung definierter Exit-Kriterien (Qualität, Stabilität, Durchlaufzeit) sowie Aufbau von Fallback- und Supportmodellen
  • Rollout, Schulung und Enablement der Fachbereiche, Einrichtung von Monitoring/Alerting, KPI-Tracking und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Automatisierungen
  • Koordination von Security- und Datenschutzfreigaben, Dokumentation von Risiken und Unterstützung im Vendor-Management
  • Moderation von Workshops mit Prozess-Ownern, Fachbereichen, IT, Einkauf und Datenschutz
Dein Profil
Basis-Qualifikationen
  • 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung als Requirements Engineer, Business Process Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit Bereitschaft, operative Tätigkeiten selbst auszuführen, hohe Detailtreue und die Fähigkeit, daraus robuste Automations-Stories abzuleiten
  • Sehr gute Prozessanalyse- und Modellierungskompetenz, sichere Anwendung gängiger Methoden (z. B. BPMN 2.0, UML)
  • Erfahrung in Workshop-Moderation sowie in der klaren Spezifikation von Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklern
  • Praxis in der Anwendung von KI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Langdock) für Business-Automationen, inklusive Prompt-Design, Guardrails und Evaluation
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen Automation-Stacks wie RPA/Low-Code (z. B. UiPath, Power Automate), Integrations-/No-Code-Workflows (z. B. Make, Zapier) oder API-basierten Integrationen
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mindestens C1, Englisch mindestens B2
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
  • Grundkenntnisse in SQL oder Python
  • Erfahrung im Process Mining
  • Erfahrung in der Buy-vs-Build-Entscheidungsfindung unter Berücksichtigung von TCO, Risiko und Time-to-Value
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Evaluierung und Integration von Off-the-Shelf-Softwarelösungen
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Runbooks, Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen

Your mission
Your Goal:
An AI-native organization where processes are not just digital, but intelligent and self-learning. Today, our Business Support Functions still involve many manual steps – time-consuming, error-prone, and difficult to scale. You will be the driving force that initially takes over these processes yourself to understand them first-hand, and then reimagines them step-by-step using AI and modern automation tools. In doing so, you will transform manual routines into smart workflows, making us faster, more efficient, and future-ready.
Responsibilities
  • Take over operational tasks at the beginning to ensure business continuity and gain end-to-end understanding of pain points, variations, and special cases
  • Conduct process analysis and modeling in the Business Support Functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Procurement), document current processes, create BPMN diagrams, and define target processes and quality criteria
  • Build and prioritize an automation backlog based on business value, complexity, risk, and time-to-value, including measurable KPIs for each use case
  • Implement first quick wins through no-/low-code solutions such as macros, RPA snippets, or LLM prompts for partial automation
  • Define requirements for custom developments (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria), work with software engineering to implement, manage testing and acceptance, and create documentation and runbooks
  • Research, evaluate, and select suitable off-the-shelf solutions considering TCO, security/GDPR compliance, and scalability; run proof-of-concepts and prepare decision templates
  • Manage parallel operations of manual and automated processes until defined exit criteria (quality, stability, throughput time) are met; establish fallback and support models
  • Roll out automation solutions, train and enable business units, establish monitoring/alerting, track KPIs, and continuously optimize processes
  • Coordinate security and data privacy approvals, document risks, and support vendor management
  • Facilitate workshops with process owners, business units, IT, procurement, and data privacy teams
Your profile
Basic Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Process Engineer, or in a comparable role
  • Strong hands-on mentality with the willingness to perform operational tasks yourself, high attention to detail, and the ability to derive robust automation stories from this experience
  • Excellent process analysis and modeling skills, proficient in applying common methods (e.g., BPMN 2.0, UML)
  • Experience in workshop facilitation and in clearly specifying requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with software developers
  • Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Langdock) for business automation, including prompt design, guardrails, and evaluation
  • Experience with common automation stacks such as RPA/low-code (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate), integration/no-code workflows (e.g., Make, Zapier), or API-based integrations
  • Language skills: German at least C1, English at least B2
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Python
  • Experience in process mining
  • Experience in buy-vs-build decision-making, considering TCO, risk, and time-to-value
  • Proven experience in evaluating and integrating off-the-shelf software solutions
  • Experience in creating runbooks, documentation, and training materials
